General Banquet Information and Policies

 

Reservation and Deposits

At the time of reservation, a $100 deposit is due.  This deposit guarantees your accommodations, and is deducted from your final bill provided your function includes a meal/bar.  "Meeting Only" functions will require a minimum of $50.00 room charge fee (plus any equipment rental charges).  A bartender and bar can be set-up for any size function, however a $50 fee will be added for cash bars with below $250.00 beverage sales.

 

Confirmation of Guest Count

We require a final guest count to be given no later than 3 days prior to your event.  This count given will be the minimum number that is billed.

 

Service Charge

An 18% service charge and applicable state and local taxes will be added to all food and beverage sales.

 

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your function, all deposits shall be forfeited.

 

Decorating Policy

All decorations must be approved by management before being put into place.  River's Bend is not responsible for decorating.  Fire codes prevent allowing candles without glass covering, all candles must be placed in a glass bowl or another fire resistant container.  Use of confetti is not permitted, and if used we charge a $50 clean up fee.

 

Food Service Times

We allow the client to reserve the time they would like their dinner served.  We will require that dinner be served no later than 15 minutes after the scheduled time as this will ensure the highest food quality and satisfaction of all guests.
